From time to time, StefaniBags extends promotions and sales to its customers. Both on the StefaniBags site and with other marketing vehicles/partners. We DO NOT offer code stacking. One code per order. Please note: sometimes items may be ON SALE and you may also use a promo-code for a deeper discount.
Clearance sale items are final, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We do not offer price adjustments.
Promo Codes will only work on regular priced merchandise and/or Sale items, not on Clearance items.
In-Stock Guarantee
StefaniBags only sells what we have in stock. Period. If for any reason you place an order that we cannot ship immediately, we will contact you right away and provide you with the status on the item, resolve the issue and make you happy!
Online Order Shipping – Domestic US
StefaniBags ships via UPS.
We will ship your packages for FREE by UPS ground in the 48 contiguous United States (sorry Alaska & Hawaii pay shipping on all orders). If you would like a faster shipment, then we calculate your shipping rate according to what UPS's charges ship your package. Upon checkout the cost to ship your package via any possible UPS option is made available to you. This charge is calculated by UPS according to weight and the dimension of your order, and your zip code. StefaniBags does not add any additional costs to your shipping charges. Shipping costs are based on what we are charged by UPS. Please contact us if you prefer that we ship your package through another carrier; we will do our best to accommodate you. We can not ship to PO Boxes or military stations.
Once your credit card is authorized, you will receive a confirmation email from us. In general, you will receive your order within 3 - 10 business days.
Gift packaging is available at StefaniBags.com! For an additional charge of $9.99 most items may be gift packaged in our traditional purple wrapping paper, gift boxed with a silk bow and card. Call us for details 1.877.357.0707.

If you choose to ship your orders to multiple locations, there will be additional charges for each destination.
International Shipping
StefaniBags.com ships internationally! We have partnered with International Checkout, to fulfill orders for our International customers. To place an order for international shipment, browse our web site and add items to your cart as usual. On the shopping cart page, there is a button that reads "International Checkout". After you have added all the items you wish to purchase to your cart, click the “International Checkout” button.
The contents of your shopping cart will automatically be transferred to your cart at InternationalCheckout.com. Complete the order process at International Checkout. You may pay by International credit card, PayPal or bank transfer. The friendly and professional staffers at International Checkout will process and ship your order.

Online Order Fulfillment
Online orders received before 3 PM EST Monday-Friday will be fulfilled and sent by UPS that day. An Order received after 3 PM EST or on weekend days will be fulfilled the next business day. If for any reason we have a problem/question fulfilling your order, a StefaniBags representative will contact you as soon as possible. Once your StefaniBags order is shipped, you will receive an email with your UPS tracking number. This will allow you to follow and track your package.
Pre-Orders
StefaniBags accepts pre-orders for in-demand items. Pre-order items available are marked as such. StefaniBags provides an estimated date of arrival for pre-orders. Dates given, are approximate, and are based on information we get from our designers/vendors. Some items may arrive before or after the expected delivery date. Any pre-order will be charged and shipped as soon as the items are available. In the event that it is shipped earlier than projected; please be sure that funds are available for any item that you’ve pre-ordered. A pre-order is charged via an automated process so please make sure your credit card is ready to be processed and you have funds in the account! StefaniBags is automated and is unable to contact customers before charging your credit card for a pre-order.
